Description
Delivery Mode
With the standard operator console license, the delivery
mode can only be manual, this means calls are presented
to the operator queue and the operator requests a call
out of the queue to answer.
If the advanced license is installed then auto delivery can
be enabled, when this is enabled, calls are automatically
delivered from the queue to the operator’s phone.
Automatic Answer
When this option is enabled, delivered calls will be
automatically answered on the operator’s extension.
Unavailable on no Answer
If Auto Delivery mode is being used then this will set an
Operator unavailable if they don’t answer a call that rings
on their extension. The timer specifies how long the call
should ring before making the Operator Unavailable.
