The Default Action Button
The default action button changes based upon the status of the operators extension, for example if
the operators phone is ringing, the button will say ‘Answer.’ You can either press the Enter key or
click the action button to perform the action. When the extension is ringing Answer is shown:
After clicking the Answer Button, the default action is to Hang Up the calls:
As further actions are carried out such as transferring calls the action button will continue to change
in context to the operators actions.
