Scan System Control Panel  

The Scan System Control Panel is divided into three sections: 

•  The options keys section (A), which contains the - Media 

Selection

, Image Quality, and Reduce/Enlarge options 

selections 

•  The graphical display (B) and the navigation keys (F) section.  

•  The right-hand section, which contains the numeric keypad (D), 

the special features keys (E), and the scan control keys (C). 

If the BEEP function is enabled (factory default), a beep sound will be 

heard when a key is pressed.  If an incorrect key is pressed, a multiple 

beep sound will be heard.

The left side of the Scan System Control Panel contains the keys for the 

selection of options.  It is divided into three areas - Media Selection, 

Image Quality

, and Reduce/Enlarge. 

To select an option, press the key(s) beneath the option.  In some cases, 

a screen requiring a selection or input is displayed on the graphical
