USING THE 4213 MENUS
Note: Emulation Reset on the 4213 and the HPIID are the same,
with one exception, The HPIID deletes any text or data still in
the buffer when it resets itself. The 4213 adds a Form Feed and
prints any remaining text or data.

To reset the LJ2D or XES emulations, press the Select button
when the message display reads:
RESET MENU
EMULATION RESET
Recall Factory Defaults
Selecting this setting returns all configuration settings to the
original factory defaults, which were in place when the printer
was shipped.

To recall factory defaults, press the Select button when the
message display reads:
RESET MENU
RECALL FACT DFT
Recall User Defaults
Selecting this setting returns all configuration settings to the
most current default settings.

To recall user defaults, press the Select button when the message
display reads:
RESET MENU
RECALL USER DFT
Note: Recall User Defaults has no function in the PostScript
emulation.
Save Defaults
Selecting this setting saves the most current settings as defaults
to be in place each time the printer is switched on.

To save defaults, press the Select button when the message
display reads:
