Press CTRL+S to let the changes take effect. If you wish
these changes to be the default for the switch, return to the
main menu and choose Save Changes.
STP Port State (whether the Spanning Tree Protocol is enabled
or disabled on this port) and Status reflect the current
conditions of the port. They are read-only fields and cannot be
changed.
Configure Trunk
Ports on the Switch can be grouped together in a single logical
port called a trunk. This is discussed in detail in the Port
Trunking section of the “Switch Management Concepts”chapter
of this manual.
To set up a trunk group, choose Configure Trunk on the
System Configuration menu. The following screen appears:
