Open the 

Fax Address Format window

Refer to the documentation for your fax server application to obtain the correct format for 

fax addresses.

Start building the address by adding components. For example, to include a prefix, select 

Prefix

 from the list on the left and then click 

Add

.

To change the order of the fax address components, select a component and then click 

Move Up

 or 

Move Down

.

For each component, perform the following tasks:

■

Select the 

Value

 field (for example, Fax Prefix Value).

■

Click 

Modify

.

The 

Modify Value

 window opens.

■

Enter the appropriate prefix value.

■

Click 

OK

.

The completed string appears in the 

Fax Address Format

 window.

When you finish building the fax address, click 

OK

 to close the window.

Important!

Since fax application vendors change these formatting schemes frequently, make sure 

you obtain the current format.
