A) The operating range increases the better the laser light is reflected from the surface of the target (dispersive, not reflective) and
the brighter the laser point is with respect to the ambient brightness (indoors, twilight). Under unfavofurable conditions (e. g., when
measuring outdoors with intense sunlight), it may be necessary to use a laser target plate.
B) For measurements from the rear measuring-tool edge. In unfavourable conditions (e. g. at intense sunlight or an insufficiently
reflecting surface), the maximum deviation is
