4. Brightness/Contrast
The brightness (background lighting) and the contrast of Provit display units can be set in the
following ways:
•
In BIOS in the menu item "Additional Peripherals"
•
Using Mkey utilities (see "Provit Mkey Utilities User Manual")
•
Using Provit 5000 Utilities (see section "Provit 5000 Utilities")
It is not possible to set the contrast for TFT displays
5. Relationship between Resolution, Graphic Memory and Colors
The following table is valid for all display units. Please note that the number of colors are limited
with high resolutions (XGA,SXGA).
