Operator Panel Display Screen
The operator control panel display screen provides important system information
whenever it is not displaying the menu system or presenting error messages. If you are
in the menu system and you press the ONLINE button, the panel display screen resumes
the information display, thus confirming you are no longer in the menu system.
The top left corner indicates the current status of the UV lamps. When the printer is idle
and no UV lamps are activated, the display show “Ready”. When the lamps are activated
for printing (or turned on manually in the menu), the display screen alternates between
showing the selected power level as a percentage and the “Lamp Warmup” message.
When the lamps are hot enough for printing to proceed, the display alternates between
showing the Lamp power level as xxx% and the current temperature of both lamps (B =
Blots side and C = Carriages side lamps). After a print is completed, or if the lamps are
turned off in the menu, the display shows “Cooling”.
The top right corner shows the status of the vacuum system (either ON or OFF).
