ACD Groups
The ACD Groups feature allows you to configure the relationship
between agents and groups.
Read the following sections for information about the fields and buttons
that make up the ACD Groups screen.
Display Fields in the ACD Groups Screen
Table 40
describes what each display field shows in the ACD Groups
screen.
Functions on the ACD Groups Screen
The ACD Groups screen allows you to configure the operating
environment of the ACD groups at your site. You do this by clicking the
radio buttons in order to perform specific group-related tasks, such as
adding a group, modifying a group password, or removing an agent from
a group.

describes the functions of the buttons on the ACD Groups
screen.

Lists the extension that the administrator assigned to this

ACD Group
Lists the name that the administrator assigned to this ACD
group.
Type
Shows the call distribution method that the administrator
assigned to this ACD group. Types include:

Number of Members
Shows the number of extensions associated with this ACD
group.
