Switch-off distance (m)
Switch-off distance
refers to the switch-off distance (
[B]) relating to
the field border (
[C]). At this position in the field, the metering slides
start to close.

If the
OPTI
driving strategy
is selected, the optimal turn off distance is calculated
according to the type of fertiliser in order to guarantee an optimised fertiliser dis-
tribution in the field.
If you wish to turn beyond the headland track, enter a greater distance in
Switch-
off distance
.
Here, the adjustment must be as low as possible so that the metering slides close
as soon as the tractor enters the headland track. An adjustment of the switch off
distance may lead to an insufficient fertilisation in the area of the switch off posi-
tion in the field.
