delete vlan
Purpose
Used to delete a previously configured VLAN on the switch.
Syntax
delete vlan
Description
This command will delete a previously configured VLAN on the
switch.
Parameters
− The VLAN name of the VLAN you want to delete.
Restrictions
Only administrator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To remove the vlan “v1”:
DES-3550:4#delete vlan v1
Command: delete vlan v1
Success.

Purpose
Used to add additional ports to a previously configured VLAN.
Syntax
config vlan
forbidden ] | delete ]
disable]}
Description
This command allows you to add ports to the port list of a previously
configured VLAN. You can specify the additional ports as tagging,
untagging, or forbidden. The default is to assign the ports as
untagging.
Parameters
− The name of the VLAN you want to add ports to.
add
− Specifies all of the ports on the switch.
tagged
− Specifies the additional ports as tagged.
untagged
− Specifies the additional ports as untagged.
forbidden
− Specifies the additional ports as forbidden.
