Cancelling a Print Job
You can cancel data that is being processed by the printer.
Note
If printing has already started, the job cannot be cancelled.
For Windows
1.
Click [Start], and then select [Devices and Printers].
2.
Right-click the printer icon, and then select [See what's printing] > [OKI B432(*)].
* Select the required printer driver type.
3.
Select the file name corresponding to the print job that you want to cancel.
4.
Press the

Check the display of the operator panel.
If [PROCESSING] or [DATA] is displayed, use the printer's operator panel to cancel the printing.
6.
Press
(CANCEL) on the operator panel.
7.
Press or to select [YES], and then press (OK).
Data is deleted even when an error, such as "PAPER SIZE ERROR", "PAPER JAM", and "EMPTY", is displayed.
For Mac OS X
1.
Select [System Preferences] from the Apple menu.
2.
Click [Print & Scan].
3.
Double-click the printer icon.
4.
Select the file name corresponding to the print job that you want to cancel.
5.
Click the "Delete" icon.
6.
Check the display of the operator panel.
If [PROCESSING] or [DATA] is displayed, use the printer's operator panel to cancel the printing.
7.
Press
(CANCEL) on the operator panel.
8.
Press or to select [YES], and then press (OK).
Data is deleted even when an error, such as "PAPER SIZE ERROR", "PAPER JAM", and "EMPTY", is displayed.
Note
If the printer is connected to a Mac computer via USB connection, print jobs may not be properly processed after cancelling
printing from the Mac computer; in such a case, disconnect and reconnect the USB cable or restart the printer.
