Specify the control VLAN for the RRPP domain.

Configure the protected VLANs to reference all MSTIs. The MSTI ID ranges from 0 to 32.

Specify the node mode of a device on an RRPP ring and the ports accessing the RRPP ring on the
device.

Enable these two RRPP rings.
