Command Summary
This section lists the command line options in alphabetic order, and provides a
description of each.
The Fibre Channel noninteractive commands include the following:
-dm (Transceiver Diagnostics Monitoring Interface [DMI])
-e (Boot Devices Configuration)
-gs (Configure Parameters [FC Port Statistics])
-ha (Adapter Alias [FCoE Configuration])
-i (FC Adapter Information; FC VPD Information)
-l (FC Target/LUN Information)
-ls (Display Parameters [HBA Statistics])
-p (Target Persistent Bindings)
-pa (Adapter Port Alias [FCoE Configuration])
-pc (Adapter Personality Change)
-pl (Persistent Names (udev) – Linux only)
-r (Parameters Update; Save HBA Parameters)
NOTE
A parenthetical phrase after a command indicates the equivalent interactive
menu option. For example, -c
(NIC Port Setting Configuration)
indicates
that the -addchap command has an equivalent Add a CHAP menu option
described in
Chapter
11 Converged Network Adapter Interactive
Not all noninteractive commands have equivalent interactive menu options.
