Fault Log Information
The fault log is read out as follows:

This is an example when the system outputs 36-N. Note that the format is variable.
The following is an example.
Make sure [1] (EN) and [2] (Sequence Number), the sequence numbers on the same EN are continuous data
related to the EN. Fault logs by the same terminal are divided into packets and output, therefore, it is required
to analyze the data by grouping the same header.
