Because of the difference in the level of toner layers that are formed on the ITB, the potential difference occurs. With the occurrence of the discharging phenomenon,
it becomes the drum memory.
As a result of that, it attracts the residual toner on the cleaning blade at the drum memory area. In order to remove the drum memory, the pre-cleaning exposure is
executed.
