7.7.4 Developing Bias Control

The developing bias is created to apply toner on the electrostatic latent image on the surface of the photosensitive drum.
The developing bias provides two types of biases (developing DC bias and developing AC bias).
These biases are created in the high voltage PCB based on an instruction from the DC controller, and applied to the developing cylinder at a specified timing.
The developing DC bias value is determined based on the result of electric potential control.
