Parameters
ip-address
: Destination IP address, in dotted decimal format.
mask-length
: IP address mask length in the range 0 to 32.
mask
: IP address mask in dotted decimal format.
longer-match
: Displays the route with the longest mask.
verbose
: Displays detailed information about both active and inactive routes. With this argument
absent, the command displays only brief information about active routes.
Description
Use the
display
ip
multicast routing-table
command to display information about multicast routes to a
specified destination address.
Executing the command with different parameters yields different outputs:
display
ip multicast
routing-table
ip-address
It displays all multicast routes falling into the natural network of the IP address. If no such multicast
routes are available, it displays only the longest matched active multicast route.
display ip multicast routing-table
ip-address mask
It displays the multicast route exactly matching the IP address and mask.
