Parameters
sys-id
: System ID or pseudonode ID of a remote IS.
map-sys-name
: Specifies a host name for the remote IS, a string of 1 to 64 characters.
Description
Use the
is-name map
command to configure a system ID to host name mapping for a remote IS.
Use the
undo
is-name map
command to remove the mapping.
Each remote IS system ID corresponds to only one name.
Examples
# Map the host name RUTB to the system ID 0000.0000.0041 of the remote IS.
[Sysname] isis
[Sysname-isis-1] is-name map 0000.0000.0041 RUTB
