Parameters
ipv6-source-address
: IPv6 multicast source address.
ipv6-group-address
: IPv6 multicast group address, in the range of FFxy::/16, where x and y represent
any hexadecimal number from 0 to F.
prefix-length
: Prefix length of an IPv6 multicast group address or an IPv6 multicast source address. For
an IPv6 multicast group address, this argument has an effective value range of 8 to 128; for an IPv6
multicast source address, this argument has an effective value range of 0 to 128. The system default is
128 in both cases.
incoming-interface
: Clears IPv6 multicast routing entries of which the incoming interface is the
specified one.
interface-type
interface-number
: Specifies an interface by its name and number.
register
: Specifies a register interface.
all
: Clears all routing entries from the IPv6 multicast routing table.
Description
Use the
reset multicast ipv6 routing-table
command to clear IPv6 routing entries from the IPv6
multicast routing table.
When a routing entry is deleted from the IPv6 multicast routing table, the corresponding forwarding
entry is also deleted from the IPv6 multicast forwarding table.
