Use the
ls
remotefile
localfile
command to view the information of a specified file or subdirectory, and
save the result to a local file specified by the
localfile
argument.
The
Is
command can only display the names of files and directories, whereas the
dir
command can
display other related information of the files and directories, such as the size, and the date they are
created.
Examples
# View the information of all files and subdirectories under the current directory of the FTP server.
